SHIPPING INFORMATION AND COSTS
We send parcels/packages all around the world. When you place your order with Ho! Surf it gets processed from the shop in Westward Ho!, Devon, UK, quickly.
We give you the following delivery options, how it physically comes will depend on the size of the item-
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS AND COSTS -
STANDARD SHIPPING, NO INSURANCE, NO PROOF OF DELIVERY-
£0.01 to £49.00 = £4.50
£49.01 to £100.00 = £3.00
Over £100 = FREE
Standard value shipping is the cheapest delivery option. It is a non tracked service and not insured. We provide a proof of postage so you know it left here. If the item gets lost in the post or has any delivery issues at all we can't help.
EXPRESS UK SHIPPING. TRACKED AND INSURED-
£0.01 to £49.00 = £8.50
£49.01 to £100.00 = £5.50
Over £100 = FREE
The express option (our prefered method to dispatch) we aim to get your goods to you next day, although no carrier now guarantees this. Orders on a Friday should arrive Monday. We try our hardest to get your order with you next day. The package is fully tracked, we supply tracking details to you. If your package is lost it is insured, in this event we either send a replacement or refund.
INTERNATIONAL OPTIONS AND COSTS -
INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR (WORLDWIDE) -
£0.01 to £49.00 = £19.95
£49.01 to £150.00 = £14.95
Over £150.00 = FREE
Import duty/Tax-If you are ordering from outside of the UK you will be liable for your Country's import duty/tax, please check the cost of this before ordering.
International orders always go on a recorded service. The delivery time will depend on size of item and the destination country. Normal delivery times tend to be 3-7 days but can be longer depending on your Countrys postal service. All packages are tracked and insured if lost.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be fully happy with the products brought from us, a happy customer is the best advert we can have for our shop and the services we supply. We treat our online customers exactly the same as our physical ones with the professionalism we would expect ourselves.
RETURN
If you wish to return or swap a product within 30 days of purchase please email us at hosurfwestwardho@gmail.com to let us know what you are sending back. Send the goods back via recorded post so you know it has reached us. Items must be in an unused condition in the original packaging so we are able to re sell them. Once we have the items here we will issue a refund for you or change the item.
WARRANTY
If you have products fail that you believe are within the manufacturers warranty period please email us at hosurfwestwardho@gmail.com and send us some photos of the problem. We will assess the case quickly and advise you what to do for a quick resolution.
